Dark Rye Sourdough

Rustic, dark loaf made from wheat flour and rye with rye sourdough as a starter, hand folded, flour dusted, shaped in a proofing basket and baked on stone. A unique, slow fermentation that creates a crisp outer crust and chewy filling, resulting in bread with an open structure, a mild sourdough taste and a longer freshness.
