Chocolate Fudge Cake (Gluten Free)

A moist triple layer gluten free chocolate cake filled and finished with a rich chocolate fudge icing and decorated with chocolate shavings and dusted with cocoa. Pre-portioned into x 14 slices.

Ingredients: Fondant (sugar, dried glucose syrup), sugar, water, EGG, rapeseed oil, gluten free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), stabiliser (xanthan gum)), cocoa powder (4%), glucose, shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), fat reduced cocoa powder (2%), dark chocolate curls (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous MILK fat, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), vanilla extract), raising agents (monocalcium phosphates, potassium carbonate), stabiliser (xanthan gum), salt, glucose syrup, sugar dusting (dextrose, cornflour, palm oil), gelling agents (pectin, carrageenan, locust bean gum), modified maize starch, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), dextrose, natural flavouring. glucose, fat reduced cocoa powder, palm oil, chocolate shavings (0.7%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), stabiliser (xanthan gum), raising agent (monocalcium phosphate, potassium carbonate), salt, glucose syrup, dextrose, gelling agent (pectin), modified maize starch, preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavouring, cornflour.
